Return Policy

Having issues with your order? Exchange your sneakers for a different size! We offer free exchanges on footwear orders that have sizing issues so that our customers can enjoy the perfect fit. All exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery. This exchange policy does not apply to apparel or promotional orders. Orders are considered promotional if a discount code of more than 20% was used on the original order.

Orders are fulfilled for shipment within 1-3 business days after being placed and cannot be changed after this time. Cancellations can only be offered within 24 hours under the condition that the order has not been fulfilled.

Please do not send your exchange back to the manufacturer.

If you receive the wrong order or if your order is permanently damaged during delivery, we can offer either a full refund or to resend your order. This applies to all products including promotional items.

If you select a refund, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
